Pricing
Priced against the profit it finds.
Every plan puts a dollar figure on what to change: the job type you’re underpricing, the thin part of your price, the estimate to fix before it goes out. Fix one of those and it can pay for itself.

Which plan fits
Pick by how many jobs you have open at once
Both plans include everything that finds the money. The difference is scale, forecasts for jobs in progress, and benchmarking each job against similar finished jobs.
| If you have | Choose |
|---|---|
Up to 100 jobs open at once, one QuickBooks company Most remodelers, builders and specialty trades, where a job runs weeks or months. | Profit Intelligence $149/month |
More than 100 jobs open at once, or 2 to 3 companies Service contractors where every call is its own job, owners with more than one company, and bookkeepers with 2 or 3 contractor clients (a portfolio page shows them all; client logins come with Firm). Also the plan with forecasts on jobs in progress. | Profit Intelligence Pro $299/month |
4 or more companies, such as a bookkeeping or accounting firm with 4 or more contractor clients Every client in one login, with a portfolio view and view-only logins for your clients. More about Firm | Firm $79 per company/month 4-company minimum |
Only open jobs count. A job stops counting when you mark it finished, and jobs with no activity in 90 days can be marked finished all at once. If you go over 100 on Profit Intelligence, we’ll ask you to move to Pro; nothing stops working. Not sure how many you have? The trial shows your count on the Billing page before you choose.
For bookkeepers and accountants
Firm: every client’s job profit in one login
Connect each contractor you keep books for. See all of them on one portfolio page, open any one for its jobs, estimates, WIP and money owed, and give each client a view-only login to their own company.
Keeping books for 2 or 3 contractors? Profit Intelligence Pro covers up to 3 companies for $299 a month, with the same portfolio page but no client logins. Firm starts at 4 companies.
- $79 per client company a month, 4 minimum, billed on the companies you connect
- Everything in Profit Intelligence Pro, for every client
- Portfolio view: every client's margin, open jobs, unpaid invoices and data gaps on one page
- View-only logins for your clients: each sees one company, including its dashboard, Data Health and WIP report, and can't change anything
- 10 staff logins for your team
- Priority support
$79 per company/month
4 company minimum, so $316 a month at least. The bill follows the companies you have connected, prorated.

Why there's no cheap plan
A stripped-down tier would defeat the point
It would be easy to sell a $49 plan that shows you a table of jobs and leaves you to work out what it means. We don’t, because that’s the part you can already get out of QuickBooks with enough effort, and it isn’t what actually changes a decision.
The value of JobProfitAI is in identifying a margin problem early enough to do something about it. A single job running 15% over on an $80,000 contract is $12,000. If the product does its job even once a year, the arithmetic isn’t close.
So instead of a cheap tier, there’s a genuinely free trial: 14 days, full access, no credit card. Connect QuickBooks and judge it on your own numbers before you pay anything.
The Firm plan’s $79 is per client company, with a 4-company minimum. It’s for bookkeepers covering several contractors, not a cheaper way in for one.
